The information on this page has been assembled to help all Lower Valley CU members make the transition to Self-Help FCU’s products and services beginning on Monday, November 1, 2021. From now on, any attempt to access the Lower Valley CU website will redirect to this page.


You may access any other page of the Self-Help FCU website from this page. Before doing so, please read and view all of the information on, and in connection with, this welcome page.

 


SELF-HELP FCU ELECTRONIC SERVICES

Click on the E-SERVICES button to view a collection of “How-To” videos to familiarize yourself with Self-Help FCU’s e-services.

E-Services

 

Self-Help FCU’s e-services will be available to Lower Valley CU members anytime on or after Monday, November 1, 2021. When accessing the services, use your new username and password.  Here are some of Self-Help FCU’s most popular services (click on any of the titles to be taken to the product/service information page on the Self-Help FCU website):

ONLINE BANKING

To log into Self-Help FCU’s online banking site, click on the LOGIN button at the top of this page to access the username and password login portal anytime on or after Monday, November 1. Use your new username and password to gain access.

 

For your specific login information, please refer to the mid-October information packet that was mailed to you or contact Lower Valley CU or Self-Help FCU (anytime on or after Monday, November 1) for guidance. Please contact your branch if you have not received that important mailing.

 

Self-Help FCU’s online banking site gives you access to:

  • Account information
  • eStatements
  • Bill Pay
  • An online loan application resource
  • A member alert feature that allows you to arrange to receive email notifications to track a wide range of account activities.
  • And much more.

eSTATEMENT ENROLLMENT UPDATE: To receive eStatements you must self-enroll through Self-Help FCU’s online banking service. This requirement includes LVCU members who were previously enrolled to receive LVCU eStatements. Previously enrolled LVCU eStatement recipients are not automatically enrolled to receive Self-Help FCU eStatements.

CARD SERVICES


Debit Cards

Continue to use your current debit card as normal. Self-Help FCU debit cards will be issued to new members who join Lower Valley CU after November 1, 2021.

 

ATMs & ITMs

Lower Valley CU ATMs and ITMs are set to work as normal after the completion of the system conversion. As usual, LVCU ITM services will only be available Monday through Friday with no ITM service on weekends or holidays.

 

Credit Cards

Continue to use your current credit card as normal. Use the following link to make online payments on your existing credit card:

Login Button

Personal Business Text Tabs
Click on Personal to view a menu of information about personal accounts, loans, services and membership eligibility. Click on the Business text-tab to view information about Self-Help FCU’s business-related accounts, services, loans and Self-Help FCU’s real estate options. The What We Do and Who We Are text-tabs take you to pages of information about the mission and work of Self-Help.


Rates Page
View Self-Help FCU’s current rates on checking accounts, savings accounts and loans. The bottom of the rates page is where you will find links to Self-Help FCU’s schedule of fees, account disclosures and other disclosure documentation.
