Economic Impact Payments - Round 3
Self-Help Federal CU and Self-Help CU are two different credit unions each with its own membership, branch network, member service resources, website, online and mobile banking platforms. If you want to get accurate information about your credit union, find a branch, or use online and mobile banking, you'll need to know which of the two you belong to.
We’ve designed this site to work well with smartphones and tablets, but an even better solution for smartphone owners is to also install our free mobile banking app.

You must have a Self-Help FCU checking account and enroll in Bill Pay through Self-Help FCU online banking. To enroll, simply log in to your account at www.self-helpfcu.org, select "Bill Pay" under Online Services and follow the instructions.

Call Self-Help FCU at 877.369.2828 to have the block removed.

You can either:
Check your account balance using online or mobile banking.
You can also use our free audio banking service by calling 800.606.5800 (toll-free), entering your SHFCU member number and your four digit PIN (audio banking PIN is separate from ATM/Debit or Credit PIN), and following the audio instructions.

Domestic wire transfers can be processed remotely using this form.

You would need to obtain wiring instructions from the beneficiaries financial institution, the beneficiaries name, address and account number. At a minimum, this would require receiving financial institutions routing and transit number and city and state.
