Protecting your account information is a high priority. That's why we use the best technology available and maintain the best security practices in our procedures.

Account security doesn't start and stop with us. Your security also requires your active participation. Take steps to protect yourself by regularly reviewing your account and looking for suspicious activity.

Ways to Protect Your Account

  • To log into Online Banking, customize your user name and don't use your account number.
  • Create unique usernames and passwords with at least 8 digits and special characters.
  • Enroll in a 2-Step verification process whenever it's available for online access to any account.
  • Use account alerts and notifications for transaction activities.
  • Let the credit union know that you will be using your credit or debit card while travelling.
  • Take advantage of your free annual credit report from Equifax, Experian and TransUnion.
  • Immediately freeze your credit or debit card if it is misplaced or stolen.
  • Call our Contact Center at 877.369.2828 if you are suspicious of fraud or possible fraud.
