Depositing Checks Just Got Easier!

With our Self-Help Federal CU Mobile Banking app, you can electronically deposit checks from your mobile device.

1. Enroll in Mobile Deposit within the Self-Help Federal CU Mobile Banking App

2. Select Mobile Deposit

3. Follow the prompts

Helpful Tips

  • Download the Self-Help Federal CU Mobile Banking app (be sure to look for the orange icon shown above).
  • Make sure the check is endorsed “for mobile deposit only” before taking the photos.
  • Place the check flat on a dark colored surface that’s not reflective and is well lit.
  • Position your mobile device’s camera directly over the check (not at an angle), fitting all 4 corners into the photo.
  • Avoid shadows.
  • Retain the check for at least 60 calendar days from the date of the image transmission. After 60 days, destroy the check (preferably with a shredding machine) or mark it "VOID.”

** Mobile Deposit cannot be used on Blackberry phones.
